Comparing Cyrus' manner with Semi's rulers, one feels great pleasure for the Persian liberality and generosity and truly regards the Persians as one of the instructors of human rights.

& Polymicro-2

I used "Yine bir Gulnihal aldi bu gonlumu" by Hammamizade İsmail Dede Efendi , a composer of Turkish classical music , to retune and make a polymicrotonal piece in a well-temperament based on 128-ADO and a mode of 17-EDO (Stared degrees):

& Polymicro-1 : This microtonal piece is composed in baran scale and its 24-EDO version. For baran scale click here.
& For John chalmers :This piece is composed in honour of Dr.john chalmers ( and another link in Sonic-arts), for his efforts mainly in science of tuning and as a gift for new year.It is not a long time , being acquainted with this guru , but i found a good teacher and better to say , a good freind. This piece is composed Basically in 5-AID(4/3) with a1=66.406 cent .so,by considering 2 equal intervals with size of (4/3)^(1/2) , Finally we can see this 5-tone structure:
0.00000
66.40600
149.41350
249.02250
365.23300
4/3
Then adding a1 to 4/3 , inserting a new interval as 3/2 and extending to 12 note per ocatve lead us to this 12-tone scale with two equal tetrachords:
0: 1/1 0.000
1: 66.406 cents 66.406
2: 149.414 cents 149.414
3: 249.023 cents 249.023
4: 365.233 cents 365.233
5: 4/3 498.045
6: 564.451 cents 564.451
7: 3/2 701.955
8: 768.361 cents 768.361
9: 851.369 cents 851.369
10: 950.978 cents 950.978
11: 1067.188 cents 1067.188
12: 2/1 1200.000
This music is composed in a mode with this degrees : 0 2 3 5 7 9 10 12 . We have 3 point of nonconformity between two tetrachords.
& Music based on jupiter scale proposed by Elsie hamilton
In Naked light , web site of Brian lee which has some articles about Elsie hamilton , we can see one of hamilton's musics named "Steig hinauf zu höhern Kreise" , for soprano and alto lyre , in Jupiter scale which has this scale :E F# G A# B C D E in 18-EDL:
0: 1/1 0.000
1: 9/8 203.910
2: 6/5 315.641
3: 18/13 563.382
4: 3/2 701.955
5: 18/11 852.592
6: 9/5 1017.596
7: 2/1 1200.000
with divisions based on18:16:15:13:12:11:10:9
I used 22-EDL to start scale from C but the Melodic trend starts from E:
0: 1/1 0.000
1: 11/10 165.004
2: 11/9 347.408
3: 11/8 551.318
4: 22/15 663.049
5: 22/13 910.790
6: 11/6 1049.363
7: 2/1 1200.000
with divisions based on 22:20:18:16:15:13:12:11
in this serie we have 22:20:18 which is the same as 11:10:9.The overlap of this 2 scale is interesting , as if 18-EDL is a mode based on 22-EDL:
22:20:18:16:15:13:12:11
18:16:15:13:12:11:10:9
